About
The project took root when I was gardening and tried to cultivate the oyster mushroom. I was fascinated by the speed of its development on various substrates. One thing led to another, and I developed a passion for mushroom cultivation processes: the garden giant, the oyster mushroom, the pink oyster mushroom, the lion's mane...
I believe outdoor mushroom cultivation can be extremely eco-friendly, simple, and accessible to everyone.
I love the freedom of working in a small, efficient team. The project also involves my father who helps with production, my sister who is a microbiologist and participates in laboratory work, consulting, and equipment purchasing, and even a friend who gets involved in certain processes.
